• Quality assurance work
• Member of Science and Training Council, member of the Council of Professors at the University, member of other professional appraisal councils of the University

• Manage the development and implementation of international cooperation projects and activities in the field of science and technology
• Develop, review and amend regulations on science and technology management
• Manage the progress of science and technology tasks at all levels
• Administrative Secretary of the Council of Professors at the University
• Ensure the legality and compliance in science and technology
• Perform other duties assigned by the Leaders and University Council

Manage the teaching materials compilation

• Review and award scientific papers:- Carry out the approval and payment procedure for articles published in ISI / Scopus journals- Manage the records of published scientific articles of the University academics
• Check and confirm the scientific CV of the University academics
• Manage documents of scientific research projects at the levels (State, Nafosted, Ministry, Province, City)
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Leaders.

• Administration of the Department’s website
• Organise conferences and other events
• Manage scientific research activities of lecturers and students
• DAAD Ambassador at the University
• Consult on overseas study, scholarship programs and conferences for lecturers and students
• Seek and introduce German educational and business partners
• Translate documents within the scope and functions of the Department
• Perform other duties assigned by the Leaders

• In charge of editing, publishing and printing in the Journal of Transport Science and Technology (JTST, ISSN 1859 – 4263)
• Manage records of educational quality accreditation in the field of scientific research and international relation affairs
• Participate in organizing scientific conferences and other events
• Perform other duties assigned by the Leaders
